Recycle Your Used Fryer Oil for Biofuels!

Q. What do I do with my used cooking oil after I fry my deep fried foods?

A. You can now RECYCLE your used fryer oil for local renewable biofuel production through our community recycling network called Sacramento Cooking Oil Recycling Campaign or Sac CORC. Restaurants and commercial food services can receive free on going collection services and anyone with quantities of 20 gallons or more can receive a free oil pick up. Q. WHERE DO I TAKE MY USED HOME COOKING OIL FOR BIOFUELS RECYCLING?

A. Let the oil cool back down to room temp after frying, then drain it back into the container you purchased the oil in or a similar clean, leak proof container and contact us for the nearest drop location in the Sacramento and outlying areas - email steve@theinfoexchange.org
