Also at Whole Earth Fest: Biodiesel Classes!

Just learned that there will be two classes on making your own biodiesel at the UC Davis Whole Earth Festival this weekend:

--4:20 p.m., Saturday, May 7: “Biodiesel 101 - Turn your grease into gold!" with Jennifer Radtke of the Berkeley Biodiesel Collective.

--2 p.m., Sunday, May 8: “Biodiesel and Sustainability - Your exhaust can smell like French fries too!" with Sarah Hope Smith and Michael “Spike” Louis.

Each class is one hour long and taught by some of the region's experts on homebrew biodiesel. Don't expect to learn it all at these sessions, but they should make a nice introduction.
