USA licenses the technology for converting sugar cane to ethanol. Cuba grows all the sugar cane it can. USA invests in Cuba to build ethanol plants to convert the Cuban sugar cane to ethanol using the Brazil technology. The ethanol produced is all sent to the USA. This is a great time to do this because Castro is out and the USA is about to get a new president.Billnoreply@blogger.com
